Class Types
Our Indoor Cycling Classes are based on the
Spinning® program and have bikes with
computer monitors to help students monitor
their progress. Our Spinning® Classes taught
by certified instructors  are designed to keep
you motivated and you can expect to burn
500-700 calories...bring a towel and drink
plenty of water. You are going to need it!
Pablo Fitness Vinyasa Yoga Classes
combine structured sequencing of postures
with the movement of the breath to create a
flowing yoga practice. It promotes  
respiratory strength while clearing the body
of toxins, leaving you feeling calm and
