What is indoor cycling? Indoor cycling, or Spinning®, class participants, led by a qualified instructor, ride stationary bikes that simulate riding
outdoors. Classes are set to unique music mixes compiled to energize riders in the class.
Do I have to be in great shape or an experienced rider to get started? No. Indoor cycling is adaptable to all fitness levels with each rider
controlling the resistance and speed of the pedals on their respective bike. While our dedicated and driven instructors will endeavor to
maximize everyone’s efforts, there are no limits or prerequisites. You choose how hard you want to work on any given ride.
Will indoor cycling help me lose weight? Yes. Indoor cycling will help you shed pounds and lower your body fat if done regularly and in
combination with a healthy diet. A rider can burn 500-700 calories in a single class! It is also a fantastic cardio exercise regime, that works
your upper and lower body,

How long is a typical cycling class? Classes consist of a 45-minute ride followed by stretching and cooling down.
How do I reserve a bike? Classes are listed and bikes can be reserved online and by calling the studio. Walk-ins will be accommodated on a
first come basis.
What type of gear is needed to participate? Comfortable workout attire is all you need to get started. Cycling specific gear, however, can make
a great class even better. Padded cycling shorts and moisture-wicking tops will make your ride more comfortable and clip-in bike shoes also
give riders more leverage and power. A heart rate monitor is highly recommended to enable you to effectively maximize and measure every
workout.
Do I need to bring my own towel? If you prefer, otherwise Pablo Fitness rents towels for your convenience.
For yoga do I need to bring my own mat? You should have a mat to do yoga and we rent them if you do not have your own.
Do I need to bring water? You should have water at all classes. We have water bottles for purchase if you decide not to bring your own.
