In this class we will explore and learn simple techniques on
how to defend oneself against superior size and strength
by understanding body mechanics and using pressure
points. As a student in this class you will gain knowledge of
these points and the most effective methods of application.
One does not need superior speed or strength in this
method of self defense. A background in Martial Arts is
NOT required. Anyone can learn these methods through
knowledge, focus and practice.
