Pablo Toribio is a famed Spinning® instructor, competitive cyclist, champion
motocross racer, and expert fitness trainer. Pablo has been operating his bike
tour business and cycling training business Pablo Fitness for many years.
Pablo enjoys working with others who want to better themselves both
physically and mentally.
Having had a career as a BMX and Pro Motocross champion, Pablo now
focuses on training others to perform at their best. "To be a great trainer, you
have to know the capabilities of the trainee. A trainer needs to understand
what the trainee can do and how much potential they have both physically and
mentally. A great trainer is not only one who can help the trainee become
better, but also one who can help them become the best of what the two of
them can be when put together. By sharing your abilities with another person
and coaching them to succeed, you are enabling that person to become better
than either one of you would be alone," Pablo Toribio.
