breath to create a flowing yoga practice. It promotes respiratory strength while clearing the body of

Class Types
Beginners Yoga        
The perfect yoga class if you’re just learning the
fundamentals and basics of Vinyasa, or for the more
advanced practitioner who wants a more alignment-
centered, detail-oriented 75 minute session.   
Open Yoga        
Open is designed for people who already have a
foundation in Vinyasa yoga. Be prepared to flow and
celebrate in an athletic, exuberant practice!  75 minute
class.
One on One Yoga
Want an instructor to focus on what's right for you? Sign up
for some one on one training! 60 minute sessions.
Express Yoga        
This Yoga class is designed for people who already have
a foundation in Vinyasa yoga and have a schedule to
keep. The class is only 55 minutes but be prepared to flow
and celebrate in an athletic, exuberant practice! Perfect
match for someone looking for yoga during lunch time in
Midtown Manhattan!
