An upbeat, dance exercise, Zumba offers a great, exciting way to lose weight, stay healthy
and get fit. Combining a mixture of Latin, hip hop and belly dance moves, Pablo Fitness
Zumba is taught in a class setting by a certified Zumba instructor. Coordination is important
and can make the workout challenging for some, but it can be learned easily. The most
important thing about Zumba is to enjoy yourself!
Practice! Practice! Practice!
Like any routine practice makes perfect. The more you do Zumba, the better you will get at it.
Go to as many classes as you feel you can, once you know the core moves they can be
applied to new songs easily. There is never time to be bored!
